SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within HKSAR , Macau, and Mainland China.
Shipping Policy for Shop Items:
Shop products are all products other than boats and boards. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout page.
We process all shop orders on Sundays with order cutoff on midday Saturday (the day before). Ship time depends on the carrier (SF Express, HK Post Office, DHL or UPS), and depending on location, takes usually 1-3 days. Some express delivery may be registered with a tracking number.
**Please note, orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination jurisdiction. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipients jurisdiction. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Starfish B Outdoor has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping Policy for Boats and Boards:
The price of your new boat or board ("boats") includes international shipping from factory to Hong Kong.
For all boats, domestic shipping is an extra fee, but we will work with you to find the best option for your budget. If you choose to pick up your new boat from our pick up spot in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong - that would be free of charge.
We do offer a very competitive shipping service with each order of boats we receive. If you need transport of a boat, please let us know by emailing starfish.b.outdoor@gmail.com.

Ordered bi-monthly and delivered in about 4-6 weeks.

Express Shipping: HK$2,500 per boat.

Express Shipping: If you would like your boat ASAP, we can have it sent from Portugal as a single order by sea freight. Cost is approximately HK$10,000 per boat.
